Fabrication

Every awning frame is precision-welded using either galvanized steel or aluminum tubing. Galvanized steel comes with a durable, corrosion-resistant galvanized finish, but we also offer the option to have any frame painted or powder-coated in the color of your choice. Fabric is secured using industry-standard methods such as lace-on systems or tek-screw fastening, depending on the design. Once fabrication is complete, your frame is skinned with the fabric you select. Our most popular and longest-lasting fabric choice is Sunbrella®.
